Konecta is honored at the Vodafone Supplier Awards 2022

On October 26 and 27, the city of Luxembourg hosted the ARCH SUMMIT, the most important technological event of the Tomorrow Street innovation center.

The event brings together global industry leaders, startups, entrepreneurs and talent from the technology sector to discuss technology and its social impact.

As it does every year, Vodafone, a founding partner of the event together with the Luxembourg government, organizes the "Vodafone Supplier Awards", attended by its main strategic partners for an awards ceremony.

Konecta was awarded the Outstanding Commercial & Corporate Services Performance Award in recognition of the company's 25 years of service to the Vodafone Group.

Today, more than 7,000 Konecta employees in 8 countries provide personalized customer service to Vodafone customers in Spain, Germany, Italy, Czech Republic and Turkey.

Throughout the ceremony, Emma Jones, Head of Commercial Services, Vodafone Procurement, noted:

"Konecta has done a great job in implementing the loyalty model and we are absolutely delighted that they are providing our customers with a brilliant and much improved experience."
